I had a great experience with A 1 carpet Service Inc. I was about to throw my 2 year rug away when I decided to try A1! Somehow my carpet is as good as new. The dog urine smell is gone. Instead of taking my rug to the landfill my rug lives on to be enjoyed in my family room. The front desk person Mary was extra polite. She even helped me take the rug out to the car. I highly recommend this family owned business.
