Very friendly and prompt with appointment time and arrival. The only thing I would recommend is that the booties they give customers to wear once they are done, the employees should also wear. With the rainy weather and muddy leaves, they made muddy spots all over the tile they had just cleaned because they walked across my lawn and straight into my house. All my carpets are still wet currently, but they do look a lot better, but with time we will see.
