Will is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was willing to come by late in the evening to clean my son's mattress after my son got sick and vomited on it. We couldn't get the smell out so Will showed us what we missed when we tried to clean the mattress, with cool ultraviolet light, and then after he cleaned it showed us, with the same ultraviolet light, that it was clean.
