From start to finish this was probably the best customer service I’ve received during the pandemic. I used the chat function in the evening and the manager (sorry forgot the name, but it started with an M) replied within a few minutes. It was very easy to book the appointment. There was a text confirmation and a call 15 mins prior to the cleaner's arrival. Walter and Joel were very friendly and personable. They explained our options very clearly. We opted for the deep clean and wow were happy with our choice. Our white carpet looks brand new. Thank you so much!!
