Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness I had previously posted the below but subsequent interactions with them has resulted in changing my opinion of Angelos. The fact that they owned up to the problem with their work, come back to remove the stain is commendable. I am happy with their response to turn a bad experience into satisfactory outcome. ************* My experience with this firm, unlike most people was not satisfactory. When the team initially came to the house, and performed the cleanup - they left the carpets wet as sludge. Before leaving they had assured us that it would dry in 4-6 hours, There was no effort to dry out the carpet and no advise or suggestion was given to use fans/blowers either. When we called them the next day with carpets still damp they dropped a couple of fans in the evening - so 36 hrs later - as a result dirt marks appeared on them. I had to manually clean areas. They also did not bother to clean the carpet under a sofa - so I had stains that were exposed as soon as I re-arranged furniture. We had to wait 3 days for them to be back to clean it as it was a weekend. The stain did not go as it was done in a hurry with no real effort and no pride in the work.
