We had Victor come out to Old Katy to try to get the dog smell and some stains removed. We had already paid $180 to Brightway Carpet Cleaners. They told us after they steam cleaned that was the best they could do. Smell and still were there. We were about to buy a new carpet but decided to have Victor come out and try. He accomplished everything and more. Don’t try anyone else. He spent 3 hours versus the other company spending 40 minutes.
