I was referred to Bill's Carpet Cleaning by a friend. Rather than carpet cleaning, I used this company for carpet stretching for three rooms and a hallway. Bill was quick in responding to my initial call with a quote and following through with the job. They accommodated my schedule by doing the project on two different days. I was impressed with Daryl's (Bill's son) reliability, promptness, and professionalism. He was patient when I added another room to the project. I was completely satisfied with their work. I like that they are a local family-owned business. I would highly recommend this company.
