Positive: Responsiveness Before choosing Bock's Steam Star I researched a couple of companies. I was impressed with Bock's website and how they seemed to be completely customer service focused, so I decided to go with them. When scheduling I made sure to tell them I was not in a hurry and was scheduled for "early afternoon" on a Monday (about 10 days from the time I called the company). I was not told who the technician would be or a more specific time, despite being scheduled out over a week later. The technicians were courteous and the work was completed very quickly. The problem came when they were leaving. The technicians poured out some of their cleaning solution in my yard and killed a section of the grass. A day or two after the large spot died, other spots started showing up. You can look at the photos below if interested. When I was sent this survey link it gave me three options: 1. Completely satisfied. 2. Content but not thrilled. 3. Not happy. I initially went with option 2 and have been waiting for several days to see if the company would contact me to discuss my concerns. So far I have not heard from them. My purpose in writing this is to let others know that if you want something done quickly and don't mind some shortcuts being taken then you will have a quality product at a standard industry price. If you would like to see some additional care being taken to make sure the cleaning hoses are not run through the yard, interior walls are being protected when moving from room to room, and any extra solution is disposed of off-site, you might consider using a different company. Hope this helps. Follow-up: I heard back from the Bock's team and they have made repairs to the yard. I appreciate their willingness to make things right.
