steve was great! from start to finish. my carpet was pretty nasty...now it's fresh and clean. :) i appreciated steve's prompt response...he explained how all was going to work...given current precautions. we came up with a plan to support my work from home schedule...i kept on working all the way thru..even on a conference call. i appreciate the thorough nature of my experience and would utilize and recommend to all!!!!
