I will continue to work with Steve as long as I live in AZ! He explains everything clearly, is honest about what to expect, and is straightforward about pricing. He gave me options and didn't tell me what I should do..no matter how much I tried to get him to! I was torn between 2 different tile services and he was clear about the percentage of difference I would see. I asked him more than once what he thought I should do, hoping he'd just make the decision for me. He only told me again what outcome I could expect with each option and to choose what I think is best. I really respect this about Steve because I've dealt with a few companies that upsell unnecessary services or take advantage of a consumers trustworthiness. Steve is trustworthy and his work is wonderful. I'm blown away by how he makes the tile and carpet look so great after so many years!
