I called Carpet Star to see if they could help with an area rug I needed cleaning. Steve called me back and I explained what I needed done . He gave me and approximate price and I made an appointment for the next day . He was prompt and extremely neat . I wish I had a before and after photo. Beautiful!! I am very pleased and will trust him with my Persian Rug very soon
