Steve, I believe the owner was very honest and did not try a bait and switch on me. I have experienced that several times with other cleaning companies. He was up front in regards to how certain areas would turn out because of high traffic areas and a few pet stains before charging me a small fee for chemicals in those areas. The carpets turned out better than I expected. I always appreciate getting under promised and over delivered with any vendor I use. Overall I was very happy with the job carpet star did and would definitely recommend and use them again.
