Chem-Dry of Scottsdale & Paradise Valley did an outstanding job getting my carpet back to like new condition. The previous renter had a dog so the house had a slight dog smell which a vacuum can't get rid of. This cleaning process removed spots in the traffic areas and removed the smell. The guys doing the work arrived on schedule and took pride in what they were doing. I would not hesitate to use them again
