The guy showed up and did exactly what I needed. I was surprised how fast he got to work and how comfortable I was with him in charge. The one thing that I like best about Cleveland Steamers is the smell it leaves in my home - it lasted a long time after he left. I kind of wish he would have stayed after he finished the job to hang out for a little while, but apparently the entire city of Cleveland is enamored with getting steamed, so he's real busy. I will be a repeat customer, and I suggest EVERYONE has a chance to experience Cleveland Steamer.
