Wow!! Excellent customer service and my carpets are gorgeous. Tiffany was very responsive to my emails and answered all my questions and concerns. I had to reschedule and that was easy as well. I had a 3000sqft, 2 story home cleaned in about 3 hours. Steven did an excellent job and was very personable. I will definitely recommend Cranmore to friends and family. I will call them again as needed. Thank you for the excellent service!!
