Called to discuss their services. The initial call was terrific. They were responsive, answered all my questions, and had good availability for service. They have a nice follow up system in between the scheduled appointment and the initial call. A text to remind me and an email with info on how to prepare for the service. They called me before arriving on the day of, as I requested. The actual service was also great. He identified areas I didn't even notice and suggested some products to address the issues. He was very friendly and the carpets look and smell great. Very reasonably priced, I would use it again for sure!
