Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I found Misty through a google search. I'm always pleased to support the locals over national chain brands. I had 2 living rooms and 2 bedrooms done. The quality of work was fantastic. Misty was speedy and gave good instruction on continued maintenance. When I need my carpet cleaned again I will not hesitate to give her a call.
