Chris and Willie were amazing! We have 5 kids, and two dogs, and our carpets were in rough shape! They took time to explain the process and how to effectively treat stains before they even started, and then did a great job cleaning and removing stains. They were professional and knowledgeable! We will continue to use EcoCarpet Pro in the future.
