Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Dwayne was punctual and professional. The service (carpet and air duct cleaning) was performed efficiently and at the quoted price. Job well done overall. My only small complaint is that one small section of carpet in the master bedroom closet was missed and not cleaned.
