Fred was extremely professional and courteous. He was very willing to do whatever it took to get the job done, and ensure I was satisfied with his work. I really appreciated his confirmation call(s)prior to coming to ensure the appointment date and time was correct. He seems very knowledgeable and willing to assist however he can.
