Tech Chris Cotter did an outstanding job cleaning all the badly soiled wall to wall carpeting in our downstairs basement! The results exceeded our expectations on every level. The price was very fair and worth every penny. When we saw the type of powerful, industrial type equipment he had to clean the rugs it just can't be compared with what smaller businesses use to do the job.
