Bought several used items for my apartment that were lightly stained and needed some dirt, and other spots removed. Called Fresh Start Carpet and found the process simple and efficient unlike several of the other service providers. The two servicemen form the company were on time, very pleasant and professional. They cleaned the sectional and dining room chairs, cleaned up and were responsive to my questions and concerns. Couldn't ask for more. The furniture looks great, smells great and is ready for me to use.
