Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value OMG! I will never use another cleaning service ever again. I figured I’d need to replace my carpet because the stains left over after years of kids and pets looked awful. However with covid 19 my financial situation wasn’t very stable so I knew I couldn’t replace my carpet at this time. I figured well I’d at least have them cleaned. I have had it cleaned before and it just didn’t do much. But again I figured better then nothing. When I tell you I was amazed at how clean my carpet looked! I hadn’t seen it look this good I years. Tommy did an awesome job! I’d recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a professional job without breaking the bank. I can’t thank Jolly carpet cleaning enough.
