Positive: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I would like to say my experience with Kaufman was a blessing. My son works for an oil shop and had destroyed our carpets. Mr. Ryan and Mr. Robert had an early morning cancellation and put us in that spot. We had been calling around thinking this livingroom carpet would have to be replaced. these men pulled off an miracle. Carpet look brand new. We are very thankful that Butch Kaufman has such great worker. Thanks again Mr.Ryan and Mr. Rober
