The carpets are cleaned and smell nice as well. The only issue I had with them was over initial call they quoted me less than $200 but when they arrive to perform the cleaning they changed the quote to $250 and when I asked the reason they had no specific answer despite my house is less than 30% carpeted. The cleaning they performed is really good and I will suggest others to do business with them but get rates finalised at first place.
