A very customer-service-oriented company! There were a couple of issues during the installation process, but everyone went above and beyond to make sure that the issues were resolved to my satisfaction. I could not be more pleased with the quality of my flooring and, more importantly, the quality of the people throughout the company. Special thanks to Tyler, Wes, Carrie, Harold and Henry. You are awesome....I LOVE my floors!
