When my dog had chewed a hole in my living room carpet, I called up Magic Touch after reading their stellar reviews. Mark provided me with an unbeatable price to not only repair but to also clean and remove the pet smells. The technicians were flexible with my schedule, arrived looking professional and answered every question I had. Two hole repairs + 2 room cleanings and they were in and out in about an hour. I look forward to having them back for a future cleaning. A+
