We had an emergency situation that needed immediate attention, I called 7 carpet cleaning companies trying to get my situation resolved, no one could oblige. No one could squeeze us into their schedule, I offered to pay emergency service premium all to no avail. Finally on the 8th call Ryan answered, and as I did on the previous 7 calls, I explained my situation, he was out within 90 minutes and solved my problem. He also did so at an incredibly fair price.
