This is our second experience with Pro Clean, a couple years apart and both great. Jason came on time and called first to give me a head's up he was on his way. We don't have much wall-to-wall carpeting, but in the room that does, it is off white wool. We live in the Los Gatos foothills with lots of pets, so the carpet takes a beating. He got it looking like new. Also, a fine job on two wool area rugs. I'll use them again.
