Dwight and Carolyn Morse and Richard and Misty Poole converted Razorback Rug Cleaning to Steamatic of Hot Springs in August 2001 to offer more services to their clients and insurance agents and adjusters.

On September 1, 2015, The Morses and Pooles became owners of Steamatic of Arkansas located in Little Rock. Steamatic of Arkansas has been in operation since 1972. With updated equipment, additional services not previously offered in that area, and a rigorous employee training program, Steamatic is now the premiere one-stop company for all of your cleaning needs.

With a combined experience of more than 50 years, the family specializes in all aspects of rug and upholstery cleaning, air duct cleaning, water and fire damage restoration, and mold remediation. Richard and Dwight have diligently studied, tested, and gained certification by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification) in rug cleaning, upholstery and fabric cleaning, odor control, rug repair and reinstallation, water restoration, and fire and smoke restoration. In addition, Richard is mold certified in Applied Microbial Remediation one of only five in the entire state. Dwight holds a Class C HVACR license by the State of Arkansas which is required to perform air duct cleaning.
