When I first called Mark (Owner), he pulled over from driving, to take the call and answer all questions immediately. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and kind from beginning to the end of the whole process! I have an old, large home, with worn stained carpets and two flights of steps.... you cannot beat the value of their service! It included pre-treating stains, a pleasant deodorizer scent, all smaller furniture moved access, and a quick thorough job thru-out! Highly recommend, and would use it again!
