Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value We had a bad experience with another company, so we looked up Terry's on the internet and called them. They were right on time, explained what they were doing, and my carpet looks like new. I am so impressed! Before they cleaned my carpet, I thought I would have to replace it. Thank you so much!
