Positive: Quality I was pleasantly pleased and surprised by how amazing our carpets turned out. We have 2 dogs that want to be where we are so on each side of our bed there was such dirty carpet that I thought we wouldn't be able to get our deposit back. I am so excited about the outcome. I am going to have him come and clean the carpets in my new home too! Highly recommend True Dry
