I had been wanting to get my carpets cleaned sometime in the near future. A sick dog made that future as soon as possible today. I called three places that I found on Yelp, willing to pay full price, sit at home for hours waiting, whatever it took to get the carpets cleaned today. I spoke to someone at Wow around 8:30 AM, the only place that both answered their own phone (and not a clueless answering service) and also had two open slots today. I took the 11AM and they said they would call me when they were on their way. I got a call at 10:08 that they were on their way, so I jetted home to meet them. Walked in and the dog had gotten in the garbage and strewn it all over the living room carpet. Good thing I was getting the carpets cleaned. One of the techs helped me move the furniture in my bedroom (where all the dog sick was) the other very nicely picked up all the garbage in the living room. They got the first pass done in just under an hour, letting me use their three room $89 special on my mega big living room and the bedroom, and the adjoining hallways. They asked me to check the work in the bedroom. I was disappointed to see several of the stains still visible. I said they needed to be gotten up since that was the only reason I called them. They said the stains would not come up. That's when they got the look. Without another word from me, he said they would try again. I went to the living room and noticed several spots less than stellar. I asked them to work on them some more.
