Had Zerorez out today to clean our carpet. Excellent experience. Was given 2-4pm arrival timeframe. Tech called shortly after 1pm, stating he was on his way. Arrived just before 2pm. He did the large living room, master bedroom, office and 2 walk-in closets in about 45 min. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the products and equipment. Was thinking about installing new carpet, but after being cleaned by Zerorez, I don't think I'll be needing new carpet right now anymore. Carpet looks better than it did the day I moved into the house 2 years ago.
