I DOux Carpet Cleaning is also available to meet your emergency water damage needs.  We extract water when necessary and have the drying equipment necessary to dry out your home. 

Our method of cleaning is a hot water extraction (also known as steam cleaning). We come in and do a thorough pre-treatment spray over all of the areas to be cleaned.  This pre-treatment overall starts to loosen up the soil and make the cleaning more effective and is also an effective spot treatment.  We will then follow with the hot water extraction.  We use a very mild cleaning solution that is non-soapy, non-residue, and non-toxic.  The carpet will be damp when we leave and will take about 12 hours to dry.  You can walk on the carpet as it is drying, you would just want to be careful when you step onto a hard surface so that you do not fall.  We also have a 10 day recall period so if there is something you are not happy with, as long as you call us within 10 days of the date of service, we will return to your home to address your issues.
