"The purpose of this letter is to share with you that the impossible has happened. I know you've seen a lot of damage through the years, and it was my impression as well as yours, that there was no way that any carpet cleaning would have been able to bring that carpet back. Mike Ledoux has repaired the damage, deodorized, disinfected, removed the stains, and applied a mold inhibitor...and all of this was accomplished at a cost of something less than my deductible."
