Positive: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness This is the at least the 3rd time we've had Ultimate clean our carpets. Twice (or more) out of regular maintenance and once at the spur of the moment after a big water leak on our brand new carpet! Happy with the service each and every time. The cleaning doesn't take very long, no smells, dries quickly. Would recommend this local, family owned company!
